Production
Screen printing and embroidery production is typically completed within seven business days. DTG on demand orders are typically printed in two business days. When issues arise due to particular blank items being unavailable or delayed our customers are contacted so that the garment can be substituted immediately.
We do not charge setup fees.
Our invoices are payable online or in store. We accept all major credit cards, check, e-check and cash.
We offer Metallic, Shimmer, Puff, Glow, Neon, and Water Based inks. We also offer vintage printing.
Use our online designer to design, place and upload your artwork. You can also choose to email your artwork to info@shirtagency.com and a friendly sales representative will help you finalize your order.
Yes. Inside labels are $0.75 a shirt.
Our mock-ups include an image of your designs on your apparel with the proper sizing and placement as well as the Pantone color number of your design.
Screen printing designs can be printed up to 15"x19".

DTG designs can be printed up to 14"x16".
Fulfillment
We offer traditional fulfillment and DTG on Demand fulfillment.
  • With traditional fulfillment we will hold your completed stock in our Los Angeles location and send your customers their apparel when an order is placed in your store. With traditional fulfilment your customers’ orders will be shipped out every business day. We will pull from stock that you purchased beforehand.
  • With On Demand fulfillment we will check your orders every business day and purchase the shirts that your customers have ordered. We will then DTG print your shirts and send them out to your customers. Normal turnaround time for On Demand fulfillment is 2 business days from when the order is placed by the customer. On Demand customers will have the cost of the manufactured garments charged to a credit card for the daily amount purchased.

If you decide to proceed alone here are 3 notes concerning shipping settings that need your attention.
  • 1. Apparel Names. Within ShippingEasy all of your orders enter as text so it is important that all of your items have a unique title and that your product variants are set up properly.
  • 2. Product Weights. Every variant in your store needs to have a weight assigned to it. For a list of common product weights email us to request a copy.
  • 3. Setup up only Shipping Easy. ShippingEasy will provide you with the best rates for your package. There is no need to setup the shipping systems on your e-commerce platform.
No. We do not have stock minimums
We ship most of our apparel in poly mailers. Larger orders will be sent in plain boxes.
First Class packages take 3-4 days to ship to customers.
Yes. Send a black and white .JPG or .PNG file no larger than 1MB and it will be placed at the top of your customers packing slip. There will be NO Shirt Agency branding on any of your packaging. You may also supply us with free giveaways, coupons or stickers that we will include in your packaging at no additional cost.
All packages we send out have a unique tracking number so that you and your customers can track each orders progress
Set up alerts in your E-Commerce platform so customers can’t order variants that are out of stock. If a customer does order an item that is out of stock we will let that order stay unfulfilled until we create more of that variant.
